Observation

Licensor observed floors and rugs in the licensed child care space to have debris on them. The floors do not appear to have been swept and cleaned on a daily basis. Tables were not cleaned and sanitized prior to serving lunch. Bathroom floors and toilet do not appear to be cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis, or more often as needed. Fabric child size chairs and stuffed animals appear dirty and not washed on a monthly basis. Shelving in the child care space has a layer of dust and toys do not appear to be cleaned and sanitized on a weekly basis.
